The large website at microwarehouse.co.uk appears to pack a lot of information into a lot of streamlined, uncluttered pages. There’s not a lot of flashy “hucksterism” here, just a plethora of merchandise presented clearly and attractively.

Categories are all listed atop the home page, in more detail than we’ve seen usually:
Clearance, Communication, Computer Components, Computer Monitors, Computer Peripherals, Computers; data Storage, Electronics, MacWarehouse, Networking, Office, Office Supplies, Peripherals, Printers, Projection, Software, Storage, White and Domestic Goods. We list them all so that this reviewer may present th emajor components of what appears to be a very impressive range of merchandise.

Each major tab is broken down into myriad other sub-pages. Clicking on Computers brings up a drop down menu displaying Apple Computers, Desktop PCs, Laptops, PDA,
Servers, Computer Services, and Thin Client Computing. (You’ll notice that microwarehouse.co.uk carries macintosh computers and accessories as well as PCs; most online sites seem dedicated only to PCs.)

If you find yourself a bit lost and / or overwhelmed in what is really seamless navigation, clicking on “Back to... “ will return you to your starting page. However, as stated, this is unlikely to happen-- the shopper will find him- or herself happily surfing page after page, seeing just how many items are for sale.
